上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院创建于1920年，是一所学科特色鲜明、具备一定临床科技创新核心竞争力、国内知名的三级甲等综合性医院。总占地面积124亩，总建筑面积24.2万平方米。总核定床位数2150张，口腔综合椅位1000张。医院拥有5位中国工程院院士。
九院整复外科是我国整形和修复重建外科的发源地之一，是国家重点学科和卫生部重点专科。学科是全球临床诊疗规模最大的中心之一，在多个疾病上拥有全球最大的队列、生物样本库和完善的研究平台，是我国主要的整形外科医、教、研中心之一。现因工作需要，根据《上海市事业单位公开招聘人员暂行办法》【沪人社专发（2019）15号】，按照公开、平等、竞争、择优的原则，面向社会公开招聘实验室课题组长及辅助人员若干。
一、实验室课题组长
（一）应聘要求
1、年龄45周岁以下；
2、具有研究生学历，博士学位，高级职称或海外著名大学/科研机构连续36个月以上从事研究工作的人员；
3、研究领域为：分子与细胞生物学、干细胞与再生医学、肿瘤学、精准医学、生物材料、数字/生物医学工程等相关专业；
4、以第一或通讯作者发表有影响力的论文（nature index期刊论文）；
5、身心健康，治学严谨，具有良好的沟通协调能力和团队精神。
（二）岗位职责
1、在学术研究工作上有前瞻性、创新性和战略性眼光，学术思想先进，能提出具有可行性的中长期科研规划，能够在基础和应用领域科研做出重大成绩；
2、指导和参与本科室研究生的培养；
3、协助科室及实验室负责人，指导和参与所在学科和实验室的建设和发展。
（三）岗位待遇
1、提供国际一流的实验设施并协助组建研究团队；
2、提供一次性科研启动经费和安家费，具体面议；
3、年薪面议，学术业绩突出或已取得较高学术地位者各项待遇从优。
二、实验室技术员
（一）应聘要求
1、年龄一般35周岁以下；
2、细胞生物学、生物化学、分子生物学、生物医学工程等专业硕士及以上；熟悉分子生物学与细胞生物学技术；
3、具有良好的团队精神，认真负责，热爱科研；
4、工作认真负责，善于沟通，有良好的团队合作精神。
（二）岗位职责
1、负责协助实验室负责人完成平台的管理和运行维护；
2、负责实验室物资维护管理，实验仪器管理；
3、为科研团队提供技术支持等工作；
4、领导交办的其他任务。
（三）岗位待遇
按医院人事制度规定享受相应的工资、福利等相关待遇。

department laboratories are expected to perform world leading original
