职责描述:
The Chief Control Office (CCO) plays an important role in enabling the bank to operate within its risk appetite, by ensuring efficient and effective risk and control management.
The CCO achieves this by providing operational risk and control expertise, conducting high quality reviews of the bank's control environment, conducting end to end control assurance reviews on key controls, maintaining robust risk governance focused on material risk and issues, and evolving a culture of continuous and consistent risk management.
1. Develop, deploy and optimize fraud detection strategies for various products such as card and digital payments in Retail banking.
2. Support fraud management strategy for protecting business against financial loss and improving customer experience.
3. Ensue fraud analytics solutions are operating at optimum effectiveness.
4. Support development of MI to provide insights for fraud risk controls.
5. Provide subject matter expertise in design, development and maintenance of fraud risk controls to address the business and local regulatory requirement.
6. Collaborate with Global Fraud Analytics to create, improve and align analytics best practices in the region.
7. Provide ahoy analytics support for fraud management and mitigation of fraud incident.
任职要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Business Management, Quantitative Analysis, Data Science, Computer Science or related field.
2. Strong analytical skills and experience in SAS programming, SQL, Python, Visual Basic.
3. Experience in SAS EFM, ARIC, Feedzai, rule writing experience in any fraud detection system and GCP is a plus.
4. Visualizations tools knowledge like Qliksense, Tableau tools is an added advantage.
5. Knowledge of Retail banking products, digital payments, fraud management processes and controls is preferred.
6. Experience in business or risk analytics, risk management is desirable.
7. Experience in delivering MI projects with different stakeholders.
8. Good understanding in change management, project management, agile methodologies and techniques is preferred.
9. Proven ability to work across markets with multiple teams under ever-changing environment.
10. Strong communication, interpersonal, influence and negotiating skills.
