Summary of the role: As a senior financial analyst, to be a key contributor to issuance of billing, reconciliation with customers, resolves disputes and execution of collection, for rent, tickets, room nights and other revenue. To support invoice billing, credit monitoring and executing collection, complete tasks assigned by Line Manager. Partner with multiple stakeholders within each Line of Business, Sales, Operations, Finance, Treasury team and others as required; Identify and implement continuous efficiency improvements. ? Finish other duties and special projects as assigned Experience and Qualifications Required: ? Minimum3- 5 years of experience in an Accounting or customer service environment and multinational companies. ? Certificate of Accounting Professional (会计从业资格证书), familiar with Chinese Generally Accepted Accounting Principles(GAAP), and demonstrates adequate accounting skills and knowledge. ? Have the ability of multi-task management and processing, details oriented. ? Ability to work independently, take ownership, and work in a flexible team environment. ? Strong collaboration and communication skills, experience working in complex and diversified companies or cross-business unit projects. Skills Required: ? Strong computer skills including advanced Excel/PPT knowledge, familiar with SAP is preferred. ? Solid understanding of internal controls. ? Fluent in written, spoken, and reading English and Mandarin. ? Demonstrated strong partnering skills.
