Develops equipment, materials, and process performance requirements, performs vendor searches and equipment evaluation to ensure adequate capability to produce quality product in required quantities at an effective cost. 2. KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求 ? Bilingual in Chinese and English. ? Strong understanding of machining process and CNC systems. ? Personal computer applications proficiency. ? Proficiency using AutoCAD to do mechanical detail drawings. ? Project experience in a manufacturing environment. ?
