We are looking for a new colleague Application Tuning Engineer for our product
line chassis suspension, Division Car Chassis Technology at our location in
Songjiang, Shanghai.
Your tasks:
* Communicate and corporate the tuning session, lead Conventional and CDC
damper onsite tuning during new project development.
* Release the tuning setting after ride work tuning.
* Create the setting BOM in SAP.
* Start and follow up the setting industrialization process. Solve the
setting problem during the industrialization and sample building and /
production.
* Handling and caring on prototype sample manufacturing in workshop.
* Support the teams of purchase, sales, testing services, CoC, quality
control, and production within specific tasks and problem issues.
* Support to evaluate the customer DF request in RFQ or customer input. Valve
introduction.
Your profile:
* Bachelor or master’s in mechanical engineering or vehicle engineering.
* Min. 3 years in testing, experience with automotive business, knowledge
about passenger car required.
* Knowledge in automotive engineering, technical calculation, especially in
chassis, knowledge in mechanics, hydraulic, shock absorber knowledge.
* Strong analytical skills, good communication abilities, cultural openness,
teamwork capabilities and cost awareness.
* Listening, speaking, reading and writing ability in English.
* Ability to work under pressure. Need to have drive license.
