We are sourcing a new colleague Sales Account Manager - Agriculture Machinery Systems for our Division Industrial Technology at our location of Songjiang District, Shanghai.
Your tasks:
- Actively driving and managing the assigned customers for ZF Agricultural Machinery Systems in China.
- Support the development of Sales and Product Strategies for the assigned market and execute them.
- Be responsible for the Sales Plans for the assigned market/customers and implement all possible actions to achieve them.
- Closely cooperate with Passau and Luoyang teams for customers’ and products’ related issues.
- Execute regular customers’ visits to understand their strategies/ needs and foster relationship.
- Lead and coordinate cross function team to meet customers' demand and drive the business with profitable growth.
Your profile:
- 3-5 years sales experience in off-highway industry, agriculture machinery industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or above, good English language skills.
- Be able to work independently and with good team work spirits.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive in problem solving.
- Able to be stable and productive under pressure and adverse conditions.
- Available for business trips in China with at least his/her 50% time, and travel to Germany (if necessary)
