Work closely with Product Families and leadership to influence portfolio shaping actions for the APAC aftermarket business ? Work with regional teams to ensure strategies are aggressive, consistent, communicated and actionable ? Significant interfacing with parties outside of Honeywell including potential partners to help increase product sale ? Presentation of recurring updates to the AALT The critical factors for success include the ability to effectively frame and communicate complex market issues in a concise manner(both written and orally), strong interviewing and market research skills, and an ability to work across functional teams to achieve successful outcomes. YOU MUST HAVE · Experience in the Aviation or related industry · Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline · Significant years of experience in strategy or product marketing or management consulting or business development or other relevant discipline · Experience working Segmentation, VOC, and business plans · Strong and demonstrated B2B analytical, financial, strategic thinking and marketing skills · Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English. · Excellent team building and membership skills, ability to lead and thrive in a matrix environment · Professional presence and ability to communicate at all levels within the organization · Skilled in Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint
