The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving technology projects from conception to successful implementation, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver exceptional value to our company. 1. Collaborate with IT team and vendor to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for IT projects and initiatives. 2. Create clear and comprehensive jira tickets to facilitate the development of IT solutions. 3. Completion assigned tests and tasks on time and adhere to the quality standard required. 4. Keep track on project status and arrange corresponding facilitator things such like regular meeting. 5. Manage vendors resources to effectively support the delivery of project. 任职要求: 1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2. 1-3 years of experience, experience on securities application systems or algorithm trading systems is good to have 3. Good understanding of IT system built process. 4. Able to communicate in English 5. Good interpersonal skill; 6. Experience of IT Business Analyst and/or IT Project Manager 7. Experience of working with vendor preferred. 8. Good written and oral communication skills in Chinese, and able to communicate in English. 9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders. 10. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 11.
