1、To have accountabilty for the SHE function, which includes compliance to external SHE standards, regulations and legislation.To advise on the planning, implementation and the measurement of performance of the group,
Croda Europe and site's SHE Policy.
2、To effectively communicate with all employees within the company, on SHE matters and to bring to the attention of all employees, including senior management, any SHE issues and suggest appropriate corrective action.
Communication involves writing reports, delivering presentations and traiing sessions.
3、To liaise and develop retionships with external bodies including regulators, auditors, industry bodies, group SHE
