Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, or related fields. 2. At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with experience in demand planning or supply chain management preferred. 3. Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, able to understand and address complex market demands. 4. Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to effectively manage cross-departmental collaboration and coordination. 5 Leadership skills and team management experience, able to motivate team members and drive team goals. 6. Fluent in English, excellent global view.
