University degree, Human Resources qualification preferred. ? 5 years’ experience on recruitment function. ? Good knowledge of external employment and development trends, talent markets and competitors. Talent development experience is preferred. ? Good team player with strong analytical ability and sense of confidentiality. ? Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills. ? Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin. ? Good PC knowledge (MS Office).
