Be a creative problem solver establishing paths forward to complex problems in a sophisticated and interconnected Talent Acquisition ecosystem. ? Outline functional and business requirements for Talent Acquisition initiatives ranging in size from minor enhancements to large projects. ? Use knowledge of HR platforms to partner with Workforce Technology to translate business requirements into process and technology solutions and deliver on business outcomes. ? Maintain an understanding of system capabilities for the Talent Acquisition system portfolio, including ongoing releases and new feature rollouts. ? Find opportunities to fulfill Talent Acquisition objectives using our portfolio of systems. ? Design solutions that provide positive user experiences for job candidates, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition teams, then partner with Workforce Technology on the development and implementation of these solutions. ? Maintain compliance with process, technology and data requirements according to specific client or geographic mandates. ? Perform platform reviews to identify optimization opportunities – including user training, data integrity, and compliance. ? Collaborate and partner with other internal teams and vendors/partners including Talent Acquisition representatives, Technology, Global HR Operations, and other Centers of Excellence to advance Talent Acquisition strategic objectives. ?
