Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (Engineering, Finance, Operations) to ensure seamless project delivery, adherence to timelines, and alignment with client expectations. ? Client-Centric Operations: Oversee the end-to-end client lifecycle, from proposal defense to invoicing and payment collection, ensuring transparency and trust. ? Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for margin improvement, client retention, and portfolio expansion. ? Market Intelligence: Monitor automotive industry developments and OEM-specific trends in South China, providing actionable insights to guide IDIADA’s regional and global strategies.
